About the Role :
As a Business Analysis Professional at BT Group, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting analysis activities that contribute to the company’s strategies. Your work will involve conducting accurate analysis on profitability, efficiency, effectiveness, and the potential of various activities, investments, and initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities :

  1. Support the continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
  2. Assist in implementing ways to improve working processes within the area of Business Analysis.
  3. Execute activities contributing to the development of the strategy/analytics roadmap and self-service reporting capabilities.
  4. Monitor reporting metrics critical for tracking and managing the business, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue, consumption, and other key metrics.
  5. Participate in the analysis of business processes to identify and address operational and financial risks, as well as bottlenecks.
  6. Analyze business needs and solutions to devise strategies and facilitate stakeholder collaboration effectively and efficiently.
  7. Collate data and perform regression and other statistical analyses to identify meaningful data relationships, key performance indicators, and key risk indicators.
