Responsibilities

Service Level Management: Ensure daily service levels in all Operational Units by working closely with Worldwide Capacity Planning and site leadership.
Staffing Coordination: Report site headcount numbers by shift and Operational Unit. Coordinate cross-training opportunities, placement of new hires, and shift changes.
Workflow Management: Identify workflow headcount deficiencies and overages, driving overtime hours and Voluntary Time Off as needed.
Tracker Development: Develop and maintain workflow-related trackers to enhance site-wide production efficiency, including tracking Voluntary Time Off, Absences, Shifts, and Overtime.
Special Projects: Lead special projects to maximize efficiency and increase production quality.
Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive business insights.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside all levels of site and network leadership teams to manage internal and external customer needs effectively.

Basic Qualifications

Experience: 1+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
Technical Skills: 2+ years of experience writing complex Excel VBA macros.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Analytical Skills: Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with SQL or ETL.
