The Quality Services (QS) organization at Amazon is dedicated to providing testing support for Devices, Retail, and AWS products. As an Associate, Quality Services, your primary responsibility will be to perform manual test execution according to documented task instructions. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate test results, meeting daily targets, and adhering to defined processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Gain understanding of application test procedures and relevant software/tools.
- Execute test instructions and promptly report accurate test results.
- Report any observed deviations from expected outcomes.
- Stay updated on changes in test instructions related to assigned work.
- Follow defined processes for performing assigned tasks.

About the team: The Quality Services (QS) team comprises over 1000 members providing manual test services for a diverse range of Amazon products. Operating from Chennai, India, and Arlington, VA, we offer regression testing, new feature testing, accessibility testing, localization testing, and interoperability testing across various Amazon products and services. Our support extends to over 65 product teams, including Amazon Devices, Consumer apps, AWS, Advertising Engineering, and Amazon Video and Studios.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of QA methodology and tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with testing consumer devices.
