Job Title: System Engineer – Microsoft Exchange and Outlook Support

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai, India

Shift: 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST (Rotational, may extend to night shifts for global client support)

Job Description: As a System Engineer specializing in Microsoft Exchange and Outlook Support, you’ll be a key member of the Collaboration Client Product Support (CCPS) team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide client support through the ITSM Remedy queue for various products including Outlook, SharePoint, Skype for Business, and WebEx. This entails resolving issues escalated from L1/Helpdesk queues and providing L2 support including incident management and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2 support for MS Exchange and Outlook, including incident management and technical issue resolution.
  • Possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Products and Windows Servers, Active Directory, MS Exchange, and SharePoint infrastructure.
  • Handle Blackberry and Good Technology Client support, incident management, and Windows Desktop support (Win 7/8/10/11) with proficiency in technical troubleshooting.
  • Identify, research, and resolve varied technical issues, utilizing tools like SSGM, FIM, Unify, ARS, and PowerShell Scripting.
  • Coordinate with various technical teams to provide timely resolutions and adhere to project timelines.
  • Document technical processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/ME/M.Tech
  • Certifications: ITIL V3 Foundation (Preferred), MCSE certification would be an added advantage.
  • Experience: 4+ years in MS Exchange and Outlook support.
  • Mandatory Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Exchange, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Products.
    • Understanding of Windows Servers and Desktop Tools.
    • Experience with ITSM Remedy or similar Enterprise Ticketing Tools.
    • Knowledge of PowerShell and related scripting technologies.
    • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
    • Excellent English communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and provide regular status updates.
    • Team player with a willingness to work in rotational shifts or night shifts as needed.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in Incident Management tools like ITSM Remedy.
  • Exposure to Outlook, SharePoint, Skype for Business/MS Teams, and WebEx Tools.
  • Familiarity with Blackberry and Good Technologies would be advantageous.

Work Timings: 17*5 – Shift US ET Business Hours (India 17:30 – 02:30, may extend further)
