Job Responsibilities:
- Provide voice-based support to both international and domestic customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Establish rapport with customers through clear and confident communication.
- Aim for high customer satisfaction and strive for first-time resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with the technical team to offer quick resolutions to technical problems.
- Work closely with the technical content team to identify and address gaps in the help module.
- Be willing to work night shifts.
