Job Description:
As a Data Analyst at Zebra, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer success within Managed Services offerings through comprehensive data analysis. Your responsibilities include:
- Identifying data analysis methods that align with customers’ business objectives, recommending operational enhancements, and deriving actionable insights.
- Developing advanced insights and dashboards for Managed Services and VisibilityIQ.
- Conducting hands-on data analysis using Managed Services tools.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze data effectively.
- Leveraging cloud data warehouse technologies for processing large datasets.
- Ensuring data integrity through accurate data scrubbing, loading processes, and developing ELT scripts and queries.
- Crafting complex SQL queries, analyzing data from various sources, and proposing strategies to enhance data quality and efficiency.
- Communicating insights using visualizations in Sisense, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Building, executing, and evaluating data science models for pattern and trend detection in extensive datasets.
- Conducting rigorous testing to validate analytics outputs.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data visualization techniques and basic statistical methods.
- Advanced skills in analytics tools, database technologies, and SQL.
- Previous experience with data visualization software such as Sisense, Tableau, or Looker.
- Ability to develop advanced analytic data models and contribute to data pipeline design.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake.
