Role Purpose:
The Techno Functional Consultant bridges the gap between technology and business, delivering client solutions by leveraging techno-functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:
    • Bridge project and support teams with techno-functional expertise.
    • Drive end-to-end processes for new business implementations, from requirements management to deployment.
    • Assess feasibility of new change requirements and provide optimal solutions with clear timelines.
  2. Solution Support:
    • Support new business implementations, building systems from scratch.
    • Assist the solutioning team in architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation.
    • Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate ERP systems through coding, testing, and production.
  3. ERP Implementation:
    • Translate business processes and requirements into ERP solutions.
    • Write code adhering to development standards.
    • Provide product support, resolve technical issues, and maintain ERP solutions.
  4. Process Optimization:
    • Create and deploy automation tools to enhance process efficiency.
    • Align technical and functional project requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
  5. Stakeholder Interaction:
    • Internal: Report to Lead Consultant, support project teams, and provide off-site support.
    • External: Collaborate with clients for solutioning and support.
  6. Skill Development:
    • Upgrade skills through Wipro exams, internal certifications, and training.
    • Publish papers, articles, and case studies to share knowledge.

  3. Skill Upgradation:
    • Completion of trainings and certifications, publication of papers/articles.
