- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to understand customer needs and create compelling proposals for managed services and transformation projects.
- Manage the end-to-end bid process, including RFP/RFI analysis, solution design, pricing, and submission.
- Develop win themes and strategies that resonate with clients.
- Craft compelling narratives that highlight our value proposition and differentiation.
- Conduct risk assessments and address potential challenges during the bidding process.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, legal, finance) to ensure timely and accurate bid responses.
- Participate in client presentations and negotiations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of managed services, IT transformation, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to create win themes and strategies that align with client objectives.
- Experience in managing complex bids across different geographies.
