Job Description:

Role Purpose:

The role aims to bridge the gap between technology and business expertise to deliver client solutions effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Bridge the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise.
  2. Drive end-to-end processes for new business implementation projects, from requirement management to production deployment.
  3. Assess feasibility of new change requirements and provide optimal solutions with clear timelines.
  4. Provide techno-functional support for new business implementations, building systems from scratch.
  5. Assist solutioning team from architectural design to implementation.
  6. Understand and implement both functional and technical designs on the ERP system.
  7. Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate existing products through coding, testing, and production.
  8. Implement business processes and requirements into ERP solutions.
  9. Provide product support and maintenance to clients, resolving technical queries and problems.
  10. Develop and deploy automation tools/solutions for process optimization.
  11. Act as a liaison between technical and functional project requirements, advising clients or internal teams accordingly.
  12. Support on-site managers with necessary details regarding changes and provide off-site support.
  13. Continuously upgrade skills through Wipro exams, internal certifications, trainings, seminars, and knowledge sharing.

  • Onsite Project Manager/Project Teams: Off-site support and client requirements.
