Job Description:

Role Purpose:
The role aims to deliver effective technical support to the process, resolving client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transaction Management: Ensure transactions are managed according to required quality standards.
  2. Client Support: Field all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails courteously, documenting all pertinent end user information.
  3. Availability Management: Update availability in the RAVE system to ensure process productivity.
  4. Query Handling: Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken, and resolutions, adhering to standard processes and procedures.
  5. SLA Compliance: Resolve client queries within defined SLAs, escalating serious issues to Team Leader when necessary.
  6. Knowledge Management: Access and maintain internal knowledge bases, resources, and FAQs to aid effective problem resolution.
  7. Product Familiarity: Identify and learn appropriate product details to enhance client interaction and troubleshooting.
  8. Trend Analysis: Document and analyze call logs to identify recurring trends and prevent future problems.
  9. Self-Help Documentation: Maintain and update self-help documents for customers to expedite resolution time.
  10. Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to service agreements to avoid legal challenges.
  11. Customer Service Excellence: Deliver excellent customer service through effective diagnosis, troubleshooting, and guidance.
  12. Feedback Management: Follow up with customers, recording feedback and ensuring compliance with contracts and SLAs.
  13. Continuous Improvement: Build capabilities to maintain superior customer service levels, undertake product trainings, and participate in self-learning opportunities.
  14. Collaboration: Partner with team leaders to identify training themes and learning issues, contributing to better client service.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
  • Prior experience in financial analysis or client support preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with financial software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
