Job Description:
Role Purpose:
The role aims to deliver effective technical support to the process, resolving client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Management: Ensure transactions are managed according to required quality standards.
- Client Support: Field all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails courteously, documenting all pertinent end user information.
- Availability Management: Update availability in the RAVE system to ensure process productivity.
- Query Handling: Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken, and resolutions, adhering to standard processes and procedures.
- SLA Compliance: Resolve client queries within defined SLAs, escalating serious issues to Team Leader when necessary.
- Knowledge Management: Access and maintain internal knowledge bases, resources, and FAQs to aid effective problem resolution.
- Product Familiarity: Identify and learn appropriate product details to enhance client interaction and troubleshooting.
- Trend Analysis: Document and analyze call logs to identify recurring trends and prevent future problems.
- Self-Help Documentation: Maintain and update self-help documents for customers to expedite resolution time.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to service agreements to avoid legal challenges.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver excellent customer service through effective diagnosis, troubleshooting, and guidance.
- Feedback Management: Follow up with customers, recording feedback and ensuring compliance with contracts and SLAs.
- Continuous Improvement: Build capabilities to maintain superior customer service levels, undertake product trainings, and participate in self-learning opportunities.
- Collaboration: Partner with team leaders to identify training themes and learning issues, contributing to better client service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
- Prior experience in financial analysis or client support preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with financial software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
