Brief Summary of Role:
The Recruiter will collaborate with managers to anticipate and fulfill the evolving needs of Appirio, introducing top talent to the company. Responsible for the entire recruitment process, this role fosters partnerships with the business, nurturing relationships with both managers and prospective talent to provide an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process for professional services and other areas within Appirio.
  • Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies in collaboration with recruiting team members and hiring managers.
  • Act as a trusted Recruiting Business Partner by understanding hiring needs, goals, and business objectives, and making recommendations to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate within the recruiting team, including sourcers and recruiting coordinators.
  • Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates in alignment with business requirements.
  • Conduct interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
  • Maintain data integrity within Appirio’s Applicant Tracking System and collaborate with HRIS Analyst to generate reports for data-driven discussions with hiring managers.
  • Represent Appirio and the recruiting team internally and externally.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance recruitment processes for candidates and the business.

Education and Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in the tech or services industry.
  • 1-2 years of experience recruiting for consulting or technical roles is highly preferred.
  • Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build an active pipeline of quality candidates through creative sourcing efforts.
  • Detail-oriented, communicative team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process.
  • Recruiting experience across multiple departments and with a multinational company.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
