Job Description:
As a Communication Trainer, you will be responsible for facilitating knowledge acquisition (KA) and knowledge transfer (KT) activities within the account. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders, your primary focus will be to ensure comprehensive documentation and dissemination of process knowledge to the operations team. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering Generic Domain Specific Modules and upskilling resources on processes.
- Structuring onboarding training requirements and overseeing the learning paths for new employees.
- Providing communication training for new hires and supporting them during On-the-Job Training (OJT) and GO-live phases.
- Conducting refresher and remedial training sessions for existing employees.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining trainee data, generating training reports, and handling administrative tasks.
- Creating or customizing training content as needed.
- Offering feedback and coaching to analysts on performance improvement.
- Analyzing training needs and defining account-level training metrics.
- Adhering to training standardization guidelines set by the Business Unit (BU) Training Function.
- Collaborating with operations to address training gaps effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Participate in KA and KT activities, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Deliver domain-specific modules and resources for process upskilling.
- Structure onboarding training requirements and oversee new learning paths.
- Provide communication training and support during OJT and GO-live phases.
- Conduct refresher and remedial training for existing employees.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain trainee data.

Requirements:
- Experience in BOP (Business Process Outsourcing) with a focus on communication training, US culture training, and Voice and Accent training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and create action plans and lesson plans accordingly.
- Proficiency in system and application navigation for fulfillment processes.
- Fluent in English language skills.
- Good customer interaction skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong task management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional experience in an industry environment.
- Ability to engage with clients and lead workshops.
- Strong facilitation and influencing skills.
