Role Purpose:
As a Domain Consultant, your primary focus will be on implementing roadmaps for business process analysis, data analysis, gap diagnosis, defining business requirements and functionalities, applying best practices, facilitating meetings, and contributing to project planning. You will be expected to contribute to building solutions for clients and the practice. This role involves handling higher scale and complexity compared to a Consultant profile and requires proactive engagement with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Take on responsibilities as the main client contact, leading engagements with 10-20% support from Consulting & Client Partners.
Strategy Development: Develop, assess, and validate a client’s business strategy, including industry and competitive positioning, and strategic direction.
Solution Development: Develop solutions and services tailored to suit the client’s business strategy.
Scope Estimation: Estimate the scope and liability for the delivery of the end product/solution.
Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue opportunities to develop revenue in existing and new areas.
Engagement Leadership: Lead engagements and oversee others’ contributions at the customer end to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
Presales Activities: Drive proposal creation and presales activities for engagements, including new accounts.
Practice Development: Contribute towards the development of practice policies, procedures, frameworks, etc.
Team Guidance: Guide less experienced team members in delivering solutions.
Solution Development: Lead efforts to build go-to-market/off-the-shelf/point solutions and process methodologies for reuse.
IP Creation: Create reusable intellectual property (IP) from managed projects.
