Job Description
Role Title: Data Analyst
Reports To: Project Manager/Database Lead

Role Purpose:
The role of the Data Analyst is to interpret data and transform it into actionable insights, such as reports, dashboards, and visualizations, to drive business decisions and improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the technical scope of projects in alignment with requirements at all stages.
• Gather information from diverse sources (data warehouses, databases, integration, and modeling) to identify patterns and trends.
• Develop and enforce record management processes and policies.
• Establish and nurture relationships across all client levels to understand their needs.
• Provide sales data, proposals, insights, and account reviews to clients.
• Identify opportunities for process efficiency and automation.
• Implement and maintain automated data processes.
• Evaluate and integrate external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing.
• Generate and monitor key performance indicators.
• Analyze data sets and provide relevant information.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to comprehend data content.
• Design and conduct surveys, analyzing data as per customer requirements.
• Interpret complex data sets related to clients’ businesses and prepare reports for both internal and external audiences.
• Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase business performance and conduct sector and competitor benchmarking.
• Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences, and present insights to management.
• Develop predictive models and share insights with clients as needed.

Stakeholder Interaction:

• Internal: Regular reporting and updates to Project Manager/Database Lead.
• External: Engage with clients for reviews and other interactions.
