- Align Training with Business Goals: Develop and implement training strategies that deliver measurable business value.
- Operationalize Training Framework: Implement and manage training frameworks for the assigned SL/Function/Project.
- Identify Training Needs: Determine performance gaps and training needs; collaborate with SMEs, internal teams, and vendors to create training solutions.
- Ensure Quality: Maintain high standards in training delivery and content quality.
- Develop Trainers and SMEs: Focus on the growth and development of trainers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Performance Review: Regularly review training performance with business leaders and take necessary corrective actions.
- Client Interface: Engage in activities like Change Management, Program Management, Strategy Development, Process Improvement, Cost Optimization, and Business Planning.
- Program Monitoring: Record, track, monitor, and escalate program implementation through regular status reports.
