Role Purpose:

1. Software Requirements and Design:

   • Analyze current technology architecture and system dependencies.
   • Develop project plans and work with project management teams to execute them.
   • Contribute to automation roadmap design and process improvements.
   • Develop reusable libraries for automation across business verticals.
2. Software Development and Reporting:
   • Prepare the environment for execution, design test plans, and develop test cases.
   • Resolve complex technical design issues and improve the automation framework.
   • Track and report metrics for coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
   • Design automated testing tools and update them as necessary.
3. Communication and Collaboration:
   • Work with Agile delivery teams to understand product backlogs and develop automation tests.
   • Collaborate with business Subject Matter Experts to understand automation requirements.
   • Maintain clear communication with clients, users, developers, and internal stakeholders.
4. Documentation and Maintenance:
   • Ensure long-term maintainability of systems by documenting projects according to company guidelines.
   • Assist testers and support personnel in resolving system issues.
5. Continuous Improvement:
   • Stay updated on industry standards and integrate them appropriately.
   • Contribute to continuous deployment practices by improving strategies and formalizing processes.

Stakeholder Interaction:

• Internal: Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, and Subject Matter Experts for design and technical issue resolution.
• External: Clients for requirement clarification and issue resolution.
