Role Overview
As a Data Analyst at WinZO, you’ll be part of a dynamic team interpreting and analyzing data to inform business decisions. The role involves working closely with management and founders, taking ownership of multiple projects, and driving execution.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep dive analysis to understand business performance and provide recommendations.
- Identify new business opportunities to enhance growth and profitability.
- Manage data acquisition from various sources and maintain databases.
- Develop business algorithms based on data trends.
- Collaborate with founders and management to provide insights into user behavior and trends.
- Conduct A/B experiments and measure their impact.
- Create dashboards and automate data processes for visual storytelling.
Requirements:
- 0-4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience handling large data volumes and deriving actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Tableau, FB analytics, MySQL, and Python.
- Ability to drive market leadership through strong data insights and processes.
