What You’ll Own:
As a Backend Engineer at Vance, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality, scalable backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot. Key responsibilities include:

• Backend Development: Implementing backend solutions with a focus on scalability and performance using Java Spring Boot.
• Code Contribution: Actively contributing to the codebase to ensure robust, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Collaborative Development: Working closely with product and frontend teams to deliver integrated solutions aligned with product goals.
• Quality Assurance: Participating in testing processes to identify bugs and optimize code for performance and reliability.
• Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest backend technologies and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation at Vance.

What We Need:
We are looking for candidates with:

• Experience: 1-3 years of backend development experience, preferably in fintech or product-based startups.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, and cloud services.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering efficient and scalable solutions.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with cross-functional units to achieve project goals.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing project needs and technologies.
