Job Title: Associate III – Talent Recruiter

Role Proficiency:
As an Associate III in Talent Recruitment, you will be responsible for medium to large-scale recruiting operations. You’ll coordinate and execute recruiting activities to ensure the acquisition of high-quality talent. Working independently with minimal supervision, you’ll play a crucial role in sourcing top candidates and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:

  • Understanding Job Requisitions: Analyze job requisitions and skill requirements to optimize sourcing strategies and refine sourcing channels.
  • Sourcing Skills: Utilize search engines to deconstruct job descriptions into searchable skills and create/refine queries to source top candidates.
  • Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete recruitment process from screening to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Talent Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles, engaging both active and passive candidates.
  • Database Utilization: Update and leverage recruiting databases/tools efficiently to carry out recruitment tasks.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports in a timely manner, tracking metrics such as source quality, time to hire, and cost per hire.
  • Employer Branding: Participate in employer branding activities such as job fairs and employer events to enhance the organization’s brand presence.
  • Compliance and Process Improvement: Maintain knowledge of recruitment trends and applicable laws, ensuring overall compliance. Participate in recruitment projects and initiate process improvement programs.

Additional Comments:

This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word, along with the ability to quickly learn organizational policies and processes. Experience in recruitment sourcing and social media is highly preferred, along with a strong understanding of recruiting/sourcing processes and local laws. The candidate should be adept at candidate management and delivering a positive candidate experience.
