Job Description
We are seeking candidates with strong analytical and English comprehension skills to read, summarize, and validate large content using Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, you will leverage AI and analytics to enhance these models, positioning yourself as a future-ready analyst in an AI-driven world.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Analyze and create scenarios to improve LLM models.
- Provide correct answers and explanations to help models learn from their mistakes.
Example Tasks:
- Determine the best tennis player in the world with a holistic approach, considering all genders and various definitions of “best.”
- Solve scheduling problems, such as determining which neighborhoods a postman should deliver to under certain constraints.
Requirements:
- English Proficiency: Excellent reading and writing comprehension.
- Analytical Skills: Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Feedback Skills: Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
- Creative Thinking: Capable of creative and lateral thinking.
- Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Commitment: Available for up to 40 hours/week during US business hours.
- Technical Setup: Desktop/Laptop with a reliable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Professional writing experience in roles such as business analyst, research analyst, copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or translator.
- Multilingual skills (Spanish and Portuguese) are a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
