Designation: Compliance Analyst
Responsibilities:
Know Your Customer & Third-Party Due Diligence:
- Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence for new and existing clients by requesting the KYC / DDQ information from suppliers, customers, and third parties.
- Assist in gathering information by researching customers / suppliers / third parties from various sources including credit reports, Bloomberg, Reuters, stock exchanges, and Google, whenever required.
- Perform name screening on third-party screening software, flagging any issues for review and determining appropriate action.
- Maintain high-quality standards of accuracy of the data being screened in Amber Road.
- Escalate any red flags or negative news to the Compliance team on a timely basis.
Ad-hoc Tasks:
- Assist in maintaining and updating records as needed.
- Assist in other compliance-related projects as needed.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Freshers with any Bachelor’s degree or 0 – 2 years of professional experience in Anti-Money Laundering / KYC Compliance.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong creative problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of SharePoint.
- Flexible to work shifts including night shifts if required.
