Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Engineer at Trellix, you will take on a pivotal pre-sales role for the North region. Your responsibilities will include participating in sales calls and meetings, providing in-depth product information, and demonstrating how Trellix solutions can add value from both technical and business perspectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Engage in sales conference calls and meetings, delivering product information and showcasing the value of Trellix solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Offer exemplary technical support for allocated products and solutions.
- Proposal Development: Contribute to the creation of solution proposals, ensuring they meet or exceed customer requirements and are fit for their intended purpose.
- RFI/RFP Response: Assist in crafting technical or solution responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Knowledge Retention: Maintain a competent level of knowledge and hands-on technical experience across allocated Trellix products, solutions, and sales propositions.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on security trends, industry analyst reports, and information related to your product portfolio.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Solutions Architects, Product Managers, and other technical communities within Trellix, providing feedback and supporting marketing and sales initiatives.
- Salesforce Management: Maintain technical SE activities within the Salesforce system.
- Project Execution: Own and successfully execute activities on time and with desired outcomes.
- Compliance: Adhere to Trellix corporate guidelines and compliance policies.
