Dynamics of the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, monitoring performance, and quality control. You will work with database developers, conduct data analysis, and provide updates to management. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data and have strong analytical abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and optimize algorithms for data matching and merging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
Conduct testing and validation of algorithms.
Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
Provide ongoing reports and identify trends or issues.
Work with database developers to implement databases.
Perform data analytics to optimize data collection and storage.
Acquire and maintain data from primary or secondary sources.
Identify and interpret trends in complex data sets.
Clean and correct data issues.

Experience and Skills

Technical expertise: Expert knowledge in PL/SQL, Python scripting, and Pyspark. Working knowledge on Apache Hive, BI Store, and distributed computing.
Computer skills: Ability to quickly learn new programs and techniques.
Analytical abilities: Evaluate and interpret trends and important information.
Interpersonal skills: Work effectively with different departments and teams.
Problem-solving skills: Identify and solve system issues.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position requiring in-person attendance at the office for a minimum of two days a week.
