Job Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support and facilitate system improvements and application issue resolution for our business operations.
- Document root cause analyses (RCAs) and maintain our team’s SharePoint platform and documentation repository.
- Be open to learning IVR technologies and Contact Center routing concepts.
- Adhere to the waterfall SDLC process while remaining adaptable to Agile methodologies.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language such as Java, C#, Javascript, or Python.
- Sound understanding of database concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively within internal teams and across various IT departments.
- Experience with MS Visio, MS Excel, and adept documentation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with building call flows using Genesys Cloud Architect.
- Knowledge of REST and JavaScript.
