Job Responsibilities:
- Accurate Payroll Processing: Collect, calculate, and input payroll data with precision, including intricate calculations for departmental payments, allowances, garnishments, retroactive pay, and overtime.
- Record Maintenance: Update payroll records promptly, including changes in exemptions, insurance, deductions, and employment details.
- Workflow Management: Ensure all payroll operations are efficiently handled, maintaining timely processing.
- Reporting: Compile comprehensive reports summarizing earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and other relevant payroll details.
- YTD Documentation: Prepare Year-to-Date documents for reconciliation and audit purposes.
- MIS Maintenance: Maintain Management Information System (MIS) for payroll.
- Compliance Support: Assist in documenting audit requirements for SOX compliance and other internal control activities.
- Team Support: Provide backup support to team members and contribute to special projects as directed by management.
- Confidentiality: Respect and maintain privacy protocols and confidentiality.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in accounting & finance.
- Experience in Europe Payroll processing within a large multinational company.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Peoplesoft, Fusion, ADP, etc.
- Strong understanding of government regulations and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with payroll-related business processes and best practices.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
