TELEPERFORMANCE IS HIRING BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meeting Participation:
   • Attend recurrent and ad-hoc internal and external meetings, reviews, and presentations.
2. PSP/DMAIC Sessions:
   • Contribute to PSP (Problem Solving Process) / DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) sessions with data and suggestions.
3. Mentorship:
   • Contribute to the onboarding of new team members, acting as a mentor.
4. Report Development/Maintenance:
   • Develop and maintain reports related to the activities of the designated area.
5. Agile Teams & Workgroups:
   • Participate in agile teams and workgroups by contributing with data, facts, and suggestions.
6. Audit Participation:
   • Participate in corporate and external audits.
7. Training Activities:
   • Engage in foundational and continuous education training activities relevant to the role, through various formats (in-classroom, e-learning, internally or client-driven).
8. Management Reporting:
   • Report outcomes of actions and tasks to management, highlight potential risks and opportunities, and propose preventive and/or corrective actions.
9. Continuous Improvement:
   • Support the company’s continuous improvement efforts by contributing ideas and data, sharing experiences, and participating in workgroups and initiatives.
10. Positive and Proactive Attitude:
    • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, with a desire to apply continuous improvement processes.
11. Confidentiality and Security:
    • Adhere to Teleperformance Rules & Regulations regarding personal and performance data confidentiality and security.
12. Standards Adherence:
    • Comply with internal and external standards as released by the Steering Committees.
13. Ongoing Training:
    • Attend recurrent training sessions published by the Client/Company on a regular basis.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Programming:
  • Studies or experience in programming.
• Data Analysis:
  • Studies or experience in data analysis.
• Relevant Fields:
  • Studies in management, finance, mathematics, or statistics.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Power BI knowledge and SQL skills are considered assets.
