About the Role: We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Campaign Manager with expertise in digital marketing, particularly in the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) ecommerce space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce management, D2C marketing strategies, marketplace advertising, and performance marketing.
Language & Communication Requirements:
- Proficient English communication skills at CEFR B2 level.
- Conversational proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
- Strong ability to articulate thoughts effectively and organize communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, ensuring top-notch service delivery and effective advertising solutions.
- Collaborate with top 500 sellers for joint business planning, focusing on revenue growth strategies.
- Execute end-to-end campaigns flawlessly, coordinating with advertisers.
- Negotiate and allocate spends according to defined timelines and objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize efficiency and meet advertisers’ KPIs.
- Create comprehensive case studies of sellers and assist Account Managers with escalations.
- Monitor campaign progress and provide regular reports and insights to advertisers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business review action items.
- Manage budget allocations for specific accounts and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews with advertisers and provide refresher trainings to Account Managers.
- Identify skill gaps within the team and propose improvement plans.
- Engage with high-value sellers to understand their needs and enhance team performance.
- Develop strategies to reduce ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) and improve ROI on advertising spend.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with proficiency in MS Excel reporting functions.
- Must be open to working weekends based on defined roster/schedule.
- Full-time, office-based role.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization, with 2 years of experience, preferably from business development/sales within D2C ecommerce brands.
