Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Designer / Early Lead Product Designer, you will engage in every phase of the product development process. Your responsibilities will range from conceptualizing ideas to fine-tuning designs pre-launch. You will create impactful solutions addressing user pain points across multiple platforms and own the user experience for various workflows and products.
Responsibilities:
- Design Swiggy products systematically, interactively, and visually for diverse user groups across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with Product & Design managers to define problem statements and develop project execution plans.
- Work with UX research and data science teams to create metrics-driven, user-centric solutions.
- Craft user stories and workflows to visualize project development.
- Partner with engineering and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation and rollout.
- Monitor post-launch design solutions to identify improvements or enhancements.
- Provide and solicit feedback from designers and cross-disciplinary teams.
- Consistently deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in B2C product design.
- Proven ability to ship products in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and eager to tackle challenging problems.
- Strong focus on consumer-centric solutions.
