Role Overview:
The Site Engineer – Senior Executive will be responsible for visiting shortlisted properties with the BD Team for project due diligence. This includes site measurements and technical inspections, drafting floor plans, preparing Single Line Diagrams (SLD), Site Data Reports (SDR), and coordinating with designers for detailed drawings. The role involves supervising construction, ensuring quality and quantity of work, and adhering to project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations:
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities of vendors.
- Routine oversight of work being performed at the site.
- Quality Assurance:
- Inspect all materials used at the site against the specifications approved in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement.
- Implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and operational satisfaction.
- Analyze data, performance metrics, and feedback to drive operational excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Pod Operations, Facility Management, and the Business Development team.
- Optimize operations and address issues or bottlenecks.
- Foster effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Outcomes:
- Optimize construction processes and workflows.
- Ensure efficient performance of equipment to meet order fulfillment and timely delivery of grocery products to customers with good quality.
