ByResponsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with other engineers on cross-functional projects.
- Provide constructive feedback on code reviews and technical designs.
- Ensure systems operated by the team run efficiently and can scale.
- Develop project ownership skills, from start to finish, while building technical leadership and project management abilities.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field (to be obtained by summer 2025), or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with programming through side projects, internships, or coursework (languages include Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, and Go).
- Hands-on experience from internships or collaborative coding projects (university or professional settings).
- Ability to learn and understand new systems independently with guidance from mentors or subject matter experts.
- Specialized knowledge in one or more areas, balanced with general understanding, such as frontend technologies or HTTP service handling.
- Familiarity with code review practices and the ability to safely update production systems.
- Experience working with large codebases.
