Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- One year of experience as a caller
- One year of experience as a Quality Analyst
Strong Knowledge in:
- Call calibration
- Quality parameters
- Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP) and red alert
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- One-on-one feedback
Desirable Knowledge in:
- Steps for auditing calls
- Root call analysis
- First Call Resolution (FCR)
- Sandwich feedback technique
- Floor briefing and call play sessions
- Sharing observations
Language Requirement:
- Proficiency in at least four languages
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in any field is required for candidates opting for this role in Operations.
