Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting: Work with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Life Science companies to solve supply chain issues.
• Solution Design: Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics; develop Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
• Data Handling: Analyze large datasets to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with global teams to identify and prioritize business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: MBA/MTech in Industrial Engineering or Management, or equivalent postgraduate degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Operations Research.
• Experience: Proven work experience in supply chain management, particularly in areas such as demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management.
• ERP Systems: Familiarity with SAP, JDE, Oracle, etc.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data.
• Team Management: Experience managing teams of 8-10 people.
• Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Communication: Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Life Science/CPG domain.
• Hands-on experience in digital transformation, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, network planning, and analytics.
• Proficiency in modeling and programming, with experience in predictive modeling and machine learning using Python or R.
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik.
