About the Role:
In this role, you will:
- Manage and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with P2S and other cross-functional teams to address production-related concerns.
- Engage with business users to grasp requirements and offer feasible solutions for inventory management processes.
- Handle system configuration, create functional specifications, and generate project reports and documentation.
- Lead enhancement projects through their entire lifecycle, from requirement gathering to testing and deployment.
About You:
