Key Responsibilities:
- Solve complex hardware and software issues on end-user computers.
- Troubleshoot problems related to network connectivity, applications, AV equipment, and telephony.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain computer hardware in an enterprise environment.
- Understand and work within Active Directory environments.
- Ensure high-quality support with minimal disruption to end-users.
- Maintain security protocols like BitLocker for password and file system protection.
- Document incidents and solutions in an Enterprise Incident Management System (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Gain experience with SCCM and MECM for system configuration and management.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create and implement innovative technical support solutions.
- General knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote) and Windows 10/11.
- Critical thinking skills for issue identification and resolution.
- Hands-on experience in IT services and solutions is beneficial.
