Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and ensure completion of statutory audits.
- Perform GL reviews, verify invoices from the AP team, review month-end accruals and journal entries, and manage monthly P&L statements.
- Calculate Advance Tax and Quarterly Tax Provisions in accordance with US GAAP.
- Perform Quarterly Balance Sheet Reconciliation for both US GAAP and India GAAP.
- Manage intercompany AR/AP transactions monthly.
- Handle monthly cash forecasting, fixed deposit management, and Softex regularization.
- Collaborate with GFS & Corporate Accounting teams based in Thailand and the US.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience in Indian GAAP, Income Tax, and related financial regulations.
- Experience with IND AS transition (preferred).
- ERP experience with systems such as Tally, Oracle, or SAP.
- Expertise or willingness to quickly learn Tally, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience managing internal and external financial audits.
