Job Description:
Schneider Electric has launched a Process Electrification Consulting Practice to support global clients in their decarbonization journey through Electrification. This newly established practice in India is developing a strategy to scale up globally through ‘Knowledge Management.’ The Knowledge Management team works closely with our Global Leaders to enhance business research, content development, and execution capabilities. We are currently hiring Functional Data & Business Analysts to support our global consulting business.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development:
- Conduct extensive market research and analysis to create content for various collaterals, PPTs, and reports.
- Utilize internal sales tools to develop and maintain a central repository of information, ensuring it is organized and up-to-date.
- Develop a library of training materials for team members and maintain key documents in an organized repository.
- Create a practice-specific SharePoint page to serve as the primary resource for the Process Electrification Practice.
Content Presentation:
- Standardize content presentation formats, including templates for PPTs, Word, and Excel documents.
- Create visually compelling PPTs based on industry-standard research and analysis.
- Develop promotional materials such as flyers and teasers, acting as the main contact for any external-facing content.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Draft preliminary reports, presentations, and memos under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain and update a centralized repository of research findings, data, and market insights.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure they have timely access to relevant information.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, internal meetings, and skill development workshops.
- Work with the Marketing team to create promotional materials, including leaflets, flyers, brochures, and content for social media and the webpage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Communications, or a related field from a reputed university.
- Demonstrated interest or exposure to the decarbonization and electrification sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English (both oral and written) is essential.
- Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
- Strong skills in graphics and content development.
