Position Overview:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer specialized in creating high-converting ad creatives for social media platforms. This role demands a data-driven mindset and meticulous attention to detail to ensure our advertising remains compelling and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Creation: Develop compelling ad creatives tailored for various social media platforms, considering each platform’s unique requirements and audience.
2. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with our clients’ brand guidelines and our company’s vision and values.
3. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest design and advertising trends, integrating innovative techniques into our campaigns.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with our performance marketing and content teams to synchronize visuals with campaign strategies.
5. Feedback Incorporation: Actively participate in feedback sessions, adjusting designs as necessary.
6. Continuous Improvement: Review past campaigns regularly to derive insights for future designs, focusing on continual growth and enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record (1+ years) as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives for social media.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator, along with a deep understanding of social media platforms and their audiences.
• Analytical Ability: Capability to interpret performance data and optimize designs for maximum effectiveness.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous with a passion for design perfection.
• Deadline Management: Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
