Role Scope:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will primarily work with enterprise customers of Tableau’s products, assisting them with post-sales setup and usage. Responsibilities include proactively addressing highly complex technical issues, collaborating with various internal teams, and ensuring successful installations and upgrades. This role requires 24×7 availability, with shifts based on global time zones.

Education:
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Learn Tableau products and continuously enhance technical skills.
  • Achieve key performance indicator (KPI) goals consistently.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, resolving issues and ensuring high satisfaction.
