General Summary:
- Domain Knowledge: Strong expertise in RTL (Register Transfer Level) Design, implementation, and Timing analysis.
- RTL Coding: Experience with Verilog, VHDL, and System Verilog.
- Micro-architecture & Design: Proficiency in designing cores and ASICs (Application-Specific Integrated Circuits).
- Tools & Techniques: Familiarity with Synthesis, Formal Verification, Linting, CDC (Clock Domain Crossing), Low Power techniques, UPFs (Unified Power Format), etc.
- Scripting: Experience in scripting with Perl, Python, and TCL.
- Debugging Skills: Strong ability to debug issues during Synthesis, timing analysis, and implementation.
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to research, design, and implement performance, constraints, and power management strategies for the product roadmap.
- Teamwork: Good team player, proactive interaction with other teams, especially verification engineers.
- Problem Solving: Capability to debug and solve issues independently.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Synthesis, Constraints, and interface timing challenges. Knowledge of power management is preferable.
