How to Apply: Candidates are required to apply for the RRC Eastern Railway Apprentice 2024-25 program ONLINE based on their eligibility, which is governed by their ITI Trade and type of disability (if applicable). Please note that:

• Only one application per candidate is permitted. Multiple applications will result in summary rejection of all submissions.
• No physical copy of the application is needed.

Pre-requisites for Applying Online:

1. A valid email ID and mobile number that should remain active throughout the selection process. All communication will be sent through email/SMS.
2. A recent passport-size color photograph (3.5 cm x 3.5 cm, JPG/JPEG format, 100 DPI, 20 KB to 50 KB), a signature, and a Left Hand Thumb Impression (LHTI) file (JPG/JPEG format, 100 DPI, 10 KB to 40 KB) must be ready to upload. Additionally, relevant documents (in PDF format) with file sizes between 100 KB and 300 KB need to be uploaded.

Note: The application is only complete once all required fields are filled, documents are uploaded, and the fee (if applicable) is paid. An acknowledgment is purely provisional and subject to further scrutiny.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Applying Online:

1. New Registration:
   Click on ‘NEW REGISTRATION’ to apply for the Eastern Railway RRC Apprentice 2024-25.
2. Selecting Trade and Units:
   • Review available training slots for your ITI Trade before selecting your preferred Unit(s).
   • Ensure that your selection matches the availability of slots in your trade; otherwise, your application may be rejected.
3. Stages of Registration:
   • Preliminary Stage – I:
     Enter your basic details, including name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, address, and contact information. Select your trade and any disability type, if applicable, then confirm the details.
   • Preliminary Stage – II:
     After confirming your details, you will receive an email with your registration number.
   • Stage III (Unit Preferences):
     Log in using your registration number and password to select your Unit(s) in order of preference.
   • Stage IV (Document Upload):
     Upload your photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, and relevant documents. Ensure that all uploaded files meet the required specifications.
   • Stage V (Payment):
     Pay the application fee of ₹100 (if applicable). Payment can be made through credit/debit cards, net banking, or e-wallets (transaction charges may apply). Upon successful payment, print your application for reference.
     Note: The printout is not to be sent to RRC.
4. Final Submission:
   Once the application is submitted, no changes can be made. Please review all entries carefully before submitting.
