  • Willingness to work in rotational, 24X7 shifts from the office.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide top-tier assistance to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be diagnosing and resolving issues with our POS software, ensuring our customers receive prompt and accurate solutions to their technical inquiries.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Addressing support queries from merchants.
  • Providing support via email, phone calls, and Google Meets for rapid issue resolution.
  • Conducting online meetings with merchants to identify and troubleshoot software issues.
  • Delivering product tech demonstrations to merchants.
  • Installing and configuring merchants’ POS devices.
  • Conducting merchant onboarding and delivering online product training.
  • Ability to work in a 24*7 support environment.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites for troubleshooting as required.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
  • 0-3 years of proven work experience in an application support or technical support role.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex application/software issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
