Job Description
As a member of Oracle’s technical/process QA division, the QA Analyst will focus on maintaining product quality by designing, installing, and evaluating quality control methods and systems. The role involves developing standards and procedures, creating test scenarios, and ensuring software testing adheres to both internal and external standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control: Design and evaluate quality control systems.
- Product Quality Maintenance: Ensure ongoing maintenance of product quality.
- Standards Development: Develop quality guidance and methods.
- Test Scenarios: Create and maintain quality standards for products.
- Software Testing: Develop and execute test plans, document results, and recommend corrective actions.
- Analysis and Documentation: Write and analyze test standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in OCI, SaaS, Unix, SQL, and one programming language. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.
