Role Overview:

As a Process Specialist within the Resourcing and Deployment team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the availability of resources with the right skills at the right time across various projects. The role involves working within a team to manage resource allocation, utilization, and workload balancing, with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance with established processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and implement processes, procedures, and methods in line with SOP guidelines and SLA requirements.
  • Independently manage tasks across multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and troubleshoot as necessary.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Provide support for the deployment team on various operational and backend activities.
  • Report to the Process SME regarding the completion of process steps.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee, client, and company records.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting firm or Big 4 with a focus on MIS, reporting, operational processes, and compliance.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Required: Advanced Excel proficiency.
    • Preferred: Experience with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, PowerApps, and SharePoint.
    • Additional skills: Working knowledge of SQL, MS Access, or cloud storage systems; experience with workforce management systems; intermediate knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proactive, flexible, and creative problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
    • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw intelligent inferences.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in compliance checks or KYC-related processes in financial institutions.
  • Familiarity with reporting and analysis tools, creating and maintaining data tables, and developing data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a consulting firm or Big 4 environment is a plus.
