Visual Communications Team
Our Visual Communications team is responsible for visually representing PwC’s key strategic initiatives and business goals. In this role, you’ll assist the team with corporate visual brand design, creative strategy development, and media design ideas.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Key responsibilities include:

Key Activities
- Understand client requirements and deliver design tailored to industry/sector needs.
- Design using MS Suite, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Create high-end value-added designs.
- Visualize and design proposals, presentations, brochures, infographics, mailers, banners.
- Create short PPT/GIF animations.
- Enhance the overall look and feel of standard documents.
- Apply brand guidelines effectively.
- Ensure high standards of quality in deliverables.
- Collaborate with groups/teams on a wide range of projects.
- Be proactive and ensure timely completion of work.
- Demonstrate team dynamics, contribute to a positive work environment, and seek guidance, clarification, and feedback proactively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in multimedia or a related field.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Working knowledge of G-Suite (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Drawing objects).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Ability to understand instructions, visualize, and convert content into meaningful visual presentations.
- Experience as a reviewer is a plus.
- Impactful design portfolio.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability to new design technologies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capacity to work as a reviewer post-training.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
