About the role: We’re seeking specialists for our Inhouse Customer Experience team. As a specialist, you’ll focus on solving customer problems and improving their experience. You’ll handle account and transaction queries, provide support across phone and data channels, and contribute to optimizing our support systems.
Responsibilities:
- Act with integrity and prioritize the customer in every interaction
- Handle PhonePe account and transaction queries
- Flex between phone and data channels
- Follow process guidelines for resolution
- Build customer trust and meet productivity goals
- Leverage internal resources for resolution and recommend process improvements
- Engage and educate customers on leveraging PhonePe
- Escalate issues appropriately
Ideal candidate should:
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess good learnability and active listening skills
- Be customer-oriented, adaptable, and a team player
- Multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Speak English and Hindi (South Indian language skills preferred)
- Hold a graduation degree (10+2+3) and 0-2 years of customer-facing work experience
