Role Expectations:
We are expanding our risk strategy team and seek experienced risk analysts to develop risk strategies for our lending business. In this role, you will:
- Develop risk strategies to manage Fraud and Credit Risk for the lending business.
- Evaluate alternate data sources to enhance risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build anomaly detection capabilities.
- Work closely with the Data Science team to develop robust risk models.
- Communicate results and recommendations clearly to various stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of solutions.
- Possess a strong technical background with a keen understanding of business implications.
Ideal Requirements:
- BTech/BE from Tier-I & II colleges
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Risk Analytics domain, preferably with Fintechs
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and MS Excel
- Experience with Statistical modeling such as Decision Trees, XGBoost, etc. is preferred
- Agile and highly collaborative, with excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical acumen and problem-solving abilities
- Highly data-driven, adept at balancing needs with business goals
- Skilled in building and managing business alliances
- Thrive in a competitive and result-oriented work environment
- Ability to create and own processes autonomously
