What You’ll Get:

Responsibilities:

  • Define critical metrics for understanding CX performance and monitor trends.
  • Collaborate with CX teams to identify and address problems efficiently.
  • Own insight generation, conducting deep analysis to provide unbiased answers.
  • Identify development needs to streamline operations and address CX-related issues.
  • Contribute individual thoughts to improve critical CX metrics backed by data.
  • Work with the central analytics team to ensure user-friendly dashboard design.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of analytics experience in relevant roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Business acumen and curiosity to understand product workings.
  • Proficiency in handling big data sources and Excel.
  • Experience with visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and consolidation.
  • Knowledge of data-analysis languages (R, Python) and statistical concepts is a plus.
  • Experience in building ML models is desirable but not mandatory.
