About the Team:

The Collections team serves as a crucial link between creditors and consumers. We monitor accounts, manage overdue payments, report on collection activities, address client inquiries, and develop repayment plans.

About the Role:

As a Collections Team Lead, you will oversee collection targets for assigned branches, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines for both external collection agencies and in-house collectors. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining ethical practices and achieving performance goals.

Expectations/ Requirements:

1. Achieve collection targets for assigned branches.
2. Meet targets for the assigned product category.
3. Ensure compliance with legal guidelines for collections.
4. Monitor collection agencies and in-house collectors for adherence to legal standards and ethical conduct.
5. Uphold the Code of Conduct and company policies rigorously.
6. Identify and prevent fraudulent activities within the collection process.
