Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product Managers: Understand new product offerings and recommend metrics to measure performance.
- Conduct Data Analysis: Perform explorative data analysis and hypothesis testing to drive business decisions.
- Design AB Tests: Analyze feature performance across signup flows and early life.
- Improve Conversion Rates: Analyze consumer signup flows and feature interactions to improve conversions and product usage.
- Dashboard Creation: Work with BI & Engineering teams to create dashboards for KPI tracking.
Required Skills:
- SQL and Data Visualization: Strong skills in SQL and data visualization, with attention to detail.
- Product Sense: Ability to analyze business trends and understand impacts on funnel conversion.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to package insights into presentations and documents.
- AB Testing: Experience in designing, conducting, and analyzing AB tests.
- Dashboard Automation: Expertise in creating and automating dashboards on tools like Tableau and Amplitude.
- Probability & Statistics: Basic understanding of these concepts.
