Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses using SQL and Python, extracting valuable insights from large datasets within BigQuery.
- Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations and presentations using Tableau or Looker to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with cross-functional partners to present findings, influence product roadmaps, and shape PayPal’s merchant relationships.
- Merchant Advocacy: Build relationships with merchant partners, providing tailored recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Innovation: Explore new tools and techniques to enhance analysis capabilities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python, experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
